What is a Texas codicil?

A codicil is simply an amendment to a will. They are typically used for minor changes to a will. For example, a codicil might be used to change the executor appointment when no other changes to the will are needed.

If you need a Conroe Texas estate planning attorney to help with your codicil or will, please contact Peterson Law Group.  An initial consultation can be scheduled with a call to 979-703-7014.
